TERMS & CONDITIONS
1) Your statutory rights are in no way affected by these Terms & Conditions.
2) We may change the Terms & Conditions at anytime. Your continued use of this Site or Catalogue, after
any such changes, will constitute your acceptance of the changes to these terms.
3) At our discretion we may change, terminate or suspend any part of this website or catalogue, including
any content.
4) Receipt and acceptance of your order will be acknowledged by telephone, initial queries discussed and
delivery and payment details confirmed.
5) Any weights, volumes or dimensions stated on the website and catalogue are correct to
best of our knowledge.
6) The prices on our website and catalogue are published in euros and were correct at the
time of publication and are subject to change at any time. We will, however, endeavour to
adhere to the published price list whilst informing you of significant price increases.
7) Delivery charges outlined on this website and in our catalogue are agreed to by you when
you pass through the electronic checkout.
8) We have the right to refuse service, without prejudice or reason.
9) In any dispute the laws and regulations of France apply.
PAYMENT
1) Payment in full is due upon receipt of goods. This complies with French Law No 92.1442 dated
31/12/1992.
2) Payment may be made by credit or debit card as well as personal cheque drawn on a French or
Monegasque bank account or indeed cash. However, there is no secure facility on the website for
quoting credit card numbers, please have your credit card details available when we telephone you
to confirm receipt of your order. At no time will we store your credit card details electronically or
otherwise without your express permission.
3) Cash payments in Pounds Sterling or American Dollars will only be accepted with advance
warning and at the tourist purchase rate of exchange on the day of delivery.
4) All goods remain the property of Turnaround until such time as full payment has been
received. French Law No. 80.335 dated 12/04/1980.
RETURNING GOODS :
1) If, in the unlikely event that you receive a product of inferior quality you must bring this to
the attention of the delivery person immediately, failing that our offices need to be informed as
soon as possible and certainly within 24 hours of the delivery.
2) The faulty or sub quality item must be returned or no refund can be considered.
3) Non-catalogued items that have been purchased specially or items that have been opened
or tampered with are non-returnable.
CANCELLATIONS :
If you choose to cancel your order, within 24 hrs of the agreed delivery time, you will be liable
for all fresh products and non-catalogue items.
DELIVERY CHARGES:
If the total value of the order for delivery between Cannes & Monaco does not equal or
exceed 300 euros before tax, a delivery charge of 30 euros H.T. (35.88 euros T.T.C.) will be
charged.
If the total value of the order for delivery to Marseille, La Ciotat, St Tropez or Genoa does not
equal or exceed 3000 euros before tax, a delivery charge of 150 euros H.T. (179.4 euros
T.T.C.) will be charged.
The charge for delivery to other ports in Italy or France will depend upon the size of the order
and the location of the port in question. The charge will be agreed upon on acceptance of the
order.

1) www.turnaround-france.com, its name, layout, design, any code, text, graphics and logos
shall remain the property of Turnaround and as such are protected by copyright and/or
trademark.
2) All names and logos of products remain the property of their respective owners.
